Cancellation & Lateness Policy
Please read before booking
Once an appointment has been booked you have entered a contract, I understand that on occasion you may need to rearrange your appointment for any number of reasons and I will always accommodate where possible.
I do ask a minimum of 24 hours notice if you can not attend so that the appointment may be offered to someone else who may be waiting.
Failure to do so and no show’s will be charged at full rate of treatment.
Lateness - If you arrive late for an appointment, I will always try my best to still give you your full appt time, however this may not always be possible, therefore the time you are late may have to be deducted from your treatment time so as not to impact the next client.
